Y'all are dropping the ball with this thread... The best catcher in KY is Joe Miller @ Raceland. He is a senior and this kids is a human back-stop with solid hitting and a strong arm.

Should be a good one but I will give Boyd the edge at home.

Koudos to Ashland. We were dismantled with superior speed, talent, line play and strength. Our young team has never seen anything like it. Most have to remember that 1/3 of the guys on the field for us were playing middle school football last year. To make the transition from last year to what they were in Friday night resembles the Colosseum in Rome, only the Tomcats were lions and our guys were the Christians.

the stars stood out for Raceland, but I was impressed with Nethercutt, he ran strong crisp routes, and seemed to catch everything thrown his way, I do not think he will burn it down field, but his route running will allow him to get seperation and be a highly productive member of the WR crew, and he blocked well on run plays.

Reed is on his way to one heck of senior year!!! Congrats Rams on the "W"... East has some play makers, but their lines need to improve, but it is early and Raceland is one of the better teams they will face this year.

I have been a big fan of Miller this kids blocks everything behind the plate with a strong arm. The kid from Bath has some good stuff as does Hunter and Salisbury should be a fun year for the 16th!!!!
