  1. Yea, he's part of the reason I didn't see one lick of the game tonight.:irked:

Now I'm going to have to buy that dag gone CD just to see what I missed of the game that he was standing in front of me taking pics of.:taz:

I sat on BC side and Joe B. Hall sat 2 rows in front of me. He stayed for the whole game. Did not see the other "celebrity".

Talked to several Highland fans after the game, very classy guys. I agree with PP92, Highlands ran the ball down the field that last drive, had they scored again could not have been mad. 1st half was a great game. Opening drive of the second half killed the Rebels. Hope to see these to play again.

  2. Six different players scored, which is absolutely outstanding. :thumb: You make a great point that I was going to bring up earlier about Boyle County showing that it has plenty of other weapons other than Rees MacShara. However, MacShara did run 13 times for 180 yards(76 TD run) but he lost two fumbles. He racked up 234 total yards of offense on 16 touches. Time to get ready for Lexington Catholic!

    He also had a pick:laugh:

  3. Good win on the road for the Rebels. Played good defense the whole game. The guard play was very good tonight, very few turnovers, only took 2, 3 pointers. Southerland, Jones and Macshara combined for 21 points.(Southerland-9, Jones-8, Macshara-4). The post played well again. Aumiller-14, Glasscock-10, Tritapoe-5. Good Luck against the Loins!!

  4. Once again, guard play, guard play, guard play. Boyle's guards were unable to get the ball up the floor or do anything with it once they did.:idunno: Turnovers killed us. Sloppy passing and terrible dribbling. All guards together had 8 points. :mad:Post play was good , Aumiller had 27 points 9 rebounds, Glasscock 13 points 15 rebounds. That is 40 of 50 from 2 players. Momentum took a big hit on a missed dunk, that could of cut the lead to 5 instead it went to 11 after the turnover.

Officials could have been better, but are no way responsible for a 18 point margin.

  5. If are guard play does not improve the question of the officals is mute:fire:

I have read every bit of this thread, and I can't believe, from Boyle and Lincoln fans, 2 very bitter rivals, no one has made any comments about the officiating. For that not to happen, it must've been pretty decent. Or since it was such a lopsided game, must not have been too much to call.
  6. Well once again no guard play. Not counting Austin, who is called a foreword, Boyle's guards had 5 points with Austin we had 14 points. So when our guards score under 16 points we have lost every game. 16 or more and we have won every game. Through 3 quarters our guards took around 7 shots, this will not get it done. Glasscock had 8 of 16 points in the 1st half and was sitting most of the 2nd quarter?

Lincoln does have a good team and when Spurlin gets the help he got tonight they are going to be very tough to beat. Their pressure looked good at times, but BC has turned the ball over all year long. I don't know how to fix it, but it needs to be fixed yesterday.
