There were teams from Multiple states. 2 games against Tennessee teams. It speaks volumes for the teams in the tri state area.

Time will tell on the recruitment. He was impressed by how hard he played. Has good size and speed. Another coach on UK staff coached Chris Kelly at Eastern.

I understand the reasons for some delays, especially regarding the schedule, but not w/ the scores. Clearly their system is flawed. And I don't buy that nobody wants to do the job...I offered to help and didn't get a reply back.

 

How hard would it be to assign a point man from each organization to gather all the scores and send to the league by Sunday evening? If the scores match, then post it!

Again, completely understand the directors are slammed with a hundred different things this time of year...BUT, there really needs to be some sort of overhaul of the website and some sort of social media attempt to distribute scores/share news and updates. In terms of information distribution and utilizing all the available outlets, the NKYFL is currently stuck in about 2010.

Reasons for Delays

Head Director turning in scores.

Having someone verify these scores are correct.

Scheduling games requires approval on Monday from school ADs.

NCC was out 2 starting linemen who played both ways. And a DB who plays both ways. Winning and losing is a team thing.

A team can not schedule an opponent that takes players from organizations inside the Nkyfl.

There is no set fine. You can be fined or suspensions can happen.

Nkyfl is territory based for 60 years.

Start a new program talk to the people who represent the 60 years. If you don't come talk to them and you do not want to follow guidelines. Then you are free to play anywhere you choose. Just like the Nkyfl can choose who to schedule or not schedule.

If Cov Cath wants to play teams in the Nkyfl then join the league.
