This is getting good!
-
I'll start the talk:
Fire wc2008.
Well at least they won't have to vacate a final 4 victory!
-
The fire coach Cal talk starts?

Anyone know if this will be replayed again? Can't find anything.
I couldn't find it either so I dont think it will be replayed.

Facts:
Madison girls basketball team is ranked 5th in the state BG preps poll, they are 18-1, 1 1/2 seasons removed from the Gandolfo firing.
Doug Carter was 43-44 as head coach at Southern for 8 seasons. They were 3-27 the three seasons before he was there, and have gone 1-19 since he left. (according to KHSAA website)
Opinion:
Carter is a good football coach based on his record and extensive experience.
It also helps to be a hunting pal of the superintendant. :sssh:

How do they look this year?
-
I guess that some of our one-issue voters can now no longer vote republican.
I agree

ABC News' Teddy Davis Reports:
The chairman of the Republican National Committee announced late Thursday that he is unilaterally ending coverage of elective abortion under the RNC's Cigna health-care plan.
"Money from our loyal donors should not be used for this purpose," said RNC Chair Michael Steele in a written statement. "I don't know why this policy existed in the past, but it will not exist under my administration. Consider this issue settled."
The RNC's coverage of elective abortion, which began in 1991, was first reported on Thursday evening by Politico.

Senator McCain has served his country well during his life and ran a campaign that, in the end, he can say that he didn't waiver on his principles or compromise his character and beliefs.
Thank you, Senator McCain, for your service to our country and for conceding with true dignity.
agreed :thumb:

^ You're not proud of being an American?
-
 Sounds like what I read about Joe McCarthy.Another thread with republican scare tatics, is BGP ran by the McCain campaign? -
I don't really care. I'm all for anything that gets Tina Fey more screen time. (need a drooling smiley)
amen, amen, amen.

That is not what he said and you are being intellectually dishonest attempting to spin this. His exact words were...
"if they make a mistake I don't want them punished with a baby"
Now how do you turn that into that he was talking about if they were raped?
Spin much?
So much people are getting dizzy.

They weren't paid with campaign funds were they as a matter of fact I think Hillary used some of her own money for her campaignThen you must be totally OUTRAGED by Hillary's pantsuits (The Los Angeles Times reported earlier this year that Senator Clinton's custom made pantsuits from Forest were worth about $6,350 a piece retail." multiplied by "x"), Nancy Pelosi's jewelry (that strand of pearls had to cost at least as much as the $150,000) and Obama's suits (???)....Right...?
-
Whose fault is it that you can't?
The last 8 years of Republican Administration. :thumb:

Tell that to your boy too, he spends his whole time talking about how this is a third Bush term but he never relates policies to why it would be. He's like a broken record John McCain will extend the George Bush agenda. I sure would like to know how he would because they have some very different policy ideas.
A little touchy arent we?
-
"Old News" that he views children/grandchildren as PUNISHMENT....?????
Oh come on now. You know that he doesn't or wouldn't. It is a twist on a statement he made earlier in the year.
I just wish that instead of bringing up stuff like this they would talk about the issues that face this country. I know that won't happen because if they did they dont win
-
It is still $150,000 and I still wish I could afford it.You may want to get up to date on the facts....The clothes were bought with campaign finances.... -
First time I saw the commercial.
Mostly I see important stuff about the cost of Palin's clothes. Now there is an important issue in our 2008 Presidential election.
I wish I could afford to spend $150,000 on clothes.
-
I have to agree.Problem is the Bush free trade policy has drove the economy into the ground and doomed them. -
This is old news.
-
It seems the more they check her background the more they find out. Probably why they don't want her to talk to reporters.
-
I've read to of his posts where he said both sides are playing the race card that.As to the initial comment that brought my response, I rest my case.Did you read my link?

They are accusing Obama of socialism. What does everyone call $700 billion of the taxpayers money being taken and given to companies that made bad business decisions.
What does everyone call $300 billion of that money being used to buy up bad mortgages from banks and let them off the hook. I call that redistribution of wealth and a form of socialism.
At the risk of giving Jim Shue a brain aneurysm
