Both teams played very good in your face defense. Not to many open looks for either team, O'Connor and Hillers' defense in both games was very good. The score should not have been this close Scott should have been able to put it away at the foul line but shot under 50%. When was the last time Scott won District? Congrats to Jordan Adkins for his game winning shot and Murray for his MVP

Seems that all the games I have watched CC play 2 of the 3 refs have been the same each time, granted that has only been 4 games that I've watched but each game the visiting team was left scratching their heads at difference in fouls called or not called.
This time of the year you have to be prepared for that to move on. It does not change any as you move deeper in the tourney.

Scott will not only have to play CC players who are bigger but also deal w/ the home court advantage. Scott will have to hit from the outside, something they have not done well as of late to stay in this one. Bigger question is will they play physical enough or will only one team be allowed to play that style. Scott should also play more uptempo instead of allowing CC to set up in the zone to have a shot at winning.

What does Sk need to do to make sure they come away with a win ?

Simon Kenton got the better of Scott in the first game. Early foul trouble kept
key Scott players on the bench for long stretches. Slavey,Barnes and Dressman played well which they will need to do again with Ponzer down.If Scott plays team ball and they don't look over their shoulder towards the bench after each miscue Scott by 5, If they don't play team ball Sk by 8.

Holmes by 18,Scott is starting to come around, they need to just take care of the ball.
