Hold on there . Allow them to play one game at a time
I agree though, they have the potential to make a run.
Just a few weeks away!:thumb:

Lone Oak in Class 4A
Lone Oak's competition has been less than competitive. Teams they have played are like: 20-44
-
I think it stops here. Lincoln is playing like a championship team. This team can go far in the playoffs possibly to state if they keep playing like they are. I say Lincoln 35 PC 14.
I would agree with you. Lincoln is playing very good football and I just dont see pulaski beating them.

Mercer will roll in this one.
-
I would say the difference in this one was that Bell County made big plays and Sheldon Clark didn't. That is a credit to Bell.
Thats a difference in any game
-
The kid from Sheldon Clark has as some of the best in the state. DIALS

Tough loss for SCHS. Too many blown opportunities in the First Half and too many silly penalties in the Second Half. Bell County is a great team. Congrats to Coach Hilton on his big milestone.
I would say that it was all even on silly blowed opportunities and penalties.

Lincoln Co. should have no problem with Garrard Co,if they take care of business, and not looking ahead to the big showdown with Pulaski Co. next week.
I would say they roll by atleast 4 td's in this one. Very hot team right now. :fire:

This is Highlands stats for the ytd.

My opinion would be that this game will be closer than most think. I would like to see LC pull the upset.

The difference is that the Prestonsburg team you're talking about was a really good football team. Sheldon Clark isn't, plain and simple.
Its all settled on the field and all opinion's and doubts can be put to rest!!!!

to know Jereme except those from the Bell County area. Jereme was full of energy and lived life to the fullest. I just ask everyone to keep Jereme's family in their prayers.
I knew Jereme and as all have said, he was a very nice and cheerful young man. Jereme died doing something a truely loved to do. Last year he killed his first huge buck. I really enjoyed knowing him. The earth and the city of pineville lost a good person in him.

Bell Co opponents are 16-17 not counting Churchill Volunteers, TN. Lincoln, Knox Central and Rockcastle all have winning records. Whitley and Madison Southern have losing records.
Those three teams are as physically challenging as any team in the mountains and are all playing very well as of late.
Trying to find the point you are trying to make here.

It would've been a great matchup where Corbin would've avenged their last second loss vs. Bell County if they played this year. Corbin is better than Bell, this year overall.
I would simply say that Bell would except that game with opened arms. :fight:

Gahm played a ton at X as a soph also. No small feat.
Its not him just playing, its how aggressive he is and how he gets the job done. Now I am sure that the young man you are talking about is a fine athlete as well.
-
No he is a freshman line coach.
Thank you for clearing that up.
-
If you could pick the state championship games and the teams that participate in them, who would you like to see matched up in this years finals?
1A
2A
3A
4A
5A
6A
You pick'm

Just some thoughts on who has some good D-lineman in class 4A?
:fight:
Bells D-Line is Coached really well and all are very good athletes and very quick. :fire::fight::fire:
-
Josh Gahm- St.X 6-1- 240 lbs. guard toughest guard in the state.
I would take Mike Howard any day. 6'3" 265 lbs. soph. guard that is as good as any in the state.
-
I would have to agree Belfry's O-line coach has to be a good one
-
For 2a corbin is pretty good but middlesboro only has one explosive player. so u contain him u win. That should be pretty simple for Corbin. Look for Corbin's QB to have a huge game if he gets the ball out quickly.
-
Only thing i would add to your comments is that: BELL has to stay healthy.
I don't think this team is as good as the 04 team yet. OL is not as good but could be if they would just stay with the blocks more and be more aggressive. Defense is not as good mainly b/c the DE's and DB's are still struggling to play. Once the right people are on the field or the ones playing start doing their job Bell could be as could or better than 04. I would say it is up to the players now to take coaching and continue to get better. You can bet one thing Dudley and Co. will not set back and rest on their 5-0 record!!!!Hopefully in five more weeks I will get to follow them as far as they can go in the playoffs, depending on how hard they work and how well they listen to their coaches it could 2 weeks or 5 in the playoffs.

Rock is playing very good defense over the last three weeks and thats something any program can build on so, keep plugin rock, things will come around.
