Sadly Fort Campbell has suffered the worst kind of loss imaginable. Assistant Coach Tyrone Johnson passed away unexpectedly on December 23rd. He was hospitalized with complications from an Asthma attack. Please say a prayer for Coach J’s family and loved ones. Additionally please say a prayer for all the players, coaches and families across our state. No matter what team, no matter what sport, it’s hard to watch as our children learn the hard lessons of life. Coach Johnson was a good man with a great heart. He was a dedicated mentor and teacher to our young men. His presence in our lives is already missed.

FalconBacker, I listened to the game on the internet from Afghanistan and was just as frustrated as you seem to be. Please remember these young men didn't come to the game tonight wishing for this outcome. I’m sure each and every one of them felt the sting of each point WC put on the board. Please refrain from piling on with misplaced or unnecessary sentiment. Constructive criticism – no problem, venting frustration…not necessary. PS, my son is one of your "Unworthy".
