  1. Simon???? Every year it supposed to be Simon, 1. Oldham 2. Anderson 3. Shelby 4. Simon best player Billy Payne/Eric Dunlap or C.J. Penny sleepers: Gallatin, Henry, North, South, Owen
  2. Heard they lost one of the best players in the region and should be down, plus will they go deep in football playoffs?
  3. Ron Kinmon is a class act! Great coach, they have some talent coming, every team goes through some hard times, administration is also suspect. Their young kids have a lot of talent coming up, Walton and Grant will be awesome to see this year, Walton will surprise some teams this year, remember they played Oldham well last year, and they have one of the better guards in the region in Ponsor, saw him score 20 straight points this summer! Simon is the obvious choice, the next couple years could be tough for them as well!
  4. By the way last two years Henry and Owen have averaged about 17 wins themselves, I just checked their wins and losses, I know from watching the younger groups coming up that times are about to change, the next two years Gallatin will be solid and Coach Jones will have to work very hard to have the same type success
  5. No, the kids that won games for them are Perkins, and last year Edmonson, they lost to Oewn last year, should have been twice we all know what happened there, lost to Henry last year, beat Henry by 1 twice, so I do not think they are so dominant. Wiithout Edmonson last year they would have beaten only Carroll, and would have not made it to the regional tourney. We will just have to wait and see, but I think they will win 18-22 games becuase of the all a, and conference play. It will be interesting to see who else they beat! Who is going to come off the bench for them? Can they press now? Great ??????
  6. They are not going to be able to score points like they did last year, Maddux and Carrolton both stay in foul trouble, they have one sub and he is a freshmen, high expectations every year which I would say drives their coaches crazy, they will make the All A, and they will make their tourney but let's not get carried away, Owen should have beat them this summer and they only beat Henry by 4, that district will be fun to watch again. Their 2weakness last year and this year will be no athleticism to jump over people and score, and no shooter except for Brown.
  7. You are right lots of coaching experience, Montgomery could be good next year, after that we will see how good their staff really is.
  8. One of the reasons Hatch played that style was to win. I believe that is his job the last time I checked, He did whatever it took to win at Graves and will have to do the same thing at Perry Central, they can not press, shoot 3's etc, he would do a lot more with his teams if they could. Fun basketball teams to watch or teams that win? At the state tourney a couple years ago he beat South Laurel and if it would have been fun to watch they would have lost. The next game they lost to J-town because they could not slow it down, he probably should have pressed and shot 3's and lost by 30, Ha!
  9. Any idea when they are going to make a decision at Perry Central, I have heard that they have made an offer, any thoughts:thumb:
  10. I'm sure that Mr. Miller and Mason would love to dance, they are loaded for the next 5 years:dancingpa
  11. Congrats to Coach Holland, hope that PC feels the pain of the bulldogs,:ylsuper:
  12. Hatch is from Graves, easy top 10 coach in the state, over 500 wins if I am thinking correctly, more than 5 trips to Rupp, style might not be flashy but WINS flashy enough!:thumb:
  13. Heard that Alan Hatcher and Whitaker from Bell are the final 2. Both are great and would do well at PC. :dancingpa
  14. Very deserving, Congrats to Griesser!!!
