Roosters is 3-0 in the Triple PLay World Series being played here in Northern Ky and Cincinnati. Will play again Saturday at UC (Marge Schott Field) at 1:30. Good ball games despite the heat.

Roosters lost Saturday 6-2 to team from Indiana. Roosters were seeded #8 and played the #1 seed this morning and won 11-0. Roosters will play again today at 1:30 at UC.

Roosters lost this afternnon 11-6 in the semi-finals of the Triple PLay World Series. After giving up 9 runs in the bottom of the first the game was called in the 5th due to game time limit. Why is there a time limit for the semi-finals? The season is over for Roosters, so boys enjoy the last part of your vacation as good ole school will start again in a few weeks. Enjoyed watching you guys play and look forward to watching a lot of you next spring when high school ball starts. Go Boone County!

I understand your being upset with the time rule limit but click Triple Play World Series rules and you will see the rules that were put into play prior to the tourney starting.

The Championship rounds will be subject to a time rule. The Championship Game WILL NOT be subject to a time rule.

It is indeed their tourney and as thus they make the rules. When you have teams traveling as far as some of these teams traveled to play in this tourney, there has to be some consideration given to length of the games, so the out of town teams can get back home at a reasonable time on Sunday!

I never said I was upset and I know it's their rule and their tournment, I just don't care for it at any time. I wasn't trying to start a fight. I was just making more of a statement then a question but thank you once again for the rules of the game.
