Tyler Daugherty shut down the Bluejackets in the 2nd game of the doubleheader. Pendleton County's Trent Turner hit what appeared to be a 3 run homerun in the top of the first, but the homeplate umpire ruled it foul. Nobody scored until Pendleton took a 1-0 lead in the top of the 4th. Nicholas tied it in the bottom of the 4th with a solo homerun. Pendleton County then scored 4 times in the top of the 5th to take a 5-1 lead and picked up the win. Pendleton and Nicholas will battle in the 38th District Tournament at Pendleton County with Nicholas County being the home team on the scoreboard. With the doubleheader split Pendleton now has a 9-10 record.
