The wind was blowing out strong to straight away center and both clubs took advantage. The Camels bunched together 4 runs in the 3rd, 1 in the 4th, and 4 in the 5th. The Camels hit the ball well today getting 6 doubles.

The Raiders hit 4 doubles (Clarkson, Lonkard, Truitt, and Hempel) and had a 2 run homer by Junior catcher Evan Winchester.

Teegarden got the win for the Camels, departing after 5 innings with a 9-8 lead. And that's how it ended with Jenkins doing a fine job picking up the save with two scoreless innings.

Junior Mark Downs started for Ryle going 3 and 1/3 inns. Junior Brian Ernst pitched the next 2/3 of an inning. Junior Mitch Lawson pitched the next two innings. Senior Matt Isler pitched the 7th.

A lot of offense in Union tonight. Both teams using the jet stream well, as "straycat" mentioned. Congratulations to the Camels.
