Varsity:

Eight minutes into the game, Jon Wessels collected a ball that deflected off the keeper and passed it to Sean Cooney, who gave the Colonels the early lead. Evan Talkers beat the Bluebird defense with ten minutes left in the half, and the Colonels led 2-0 at the half. The Colonels were able to hold off the Bluebird attack in the second half, and Mitchell Jacobs earned the shut-out in goal.

J.V.

In the seventh minutes, Eddie Sketch took a through ball from Ben Schweitzer and passed it into the goal. Midway through the half, a head ball goal from Ben Reis (after an Eric Schieman free kick) gave the Colonels a 2-0 lead. With eight minutes to play, J.B. Bernhard sent a shot passed the keeper and the Colonels led 3-0 at the half. Ten minutes into the second half, Nick Ackley scored (assisted by Adam Goddard) to round off the Colonel scoring. Austin Stetter and Jacob Futscher combined for the shut-out in goal.

Freshman:

The Colonels allowed a goal nineteen seconds into the game, but worked hard throughout the first half to create scoring opportunities. Unable to get the ball in the net, the Colonels trailed 1-0 at the half. Midway through the second half, David Wessels found a loose ball at the top of the box and sent it over the keeper and into the goal. The Colonels continued to attack and create opportunities, and Alec Hardcord was able to get the game-winning goal with two minutes left in the game to give the Colonels the win.
