Team Facts:

 

Green County: Coming off back to back wins where they have scored 56 and 52 points. Explosive offense that has three really good backs. Defense has been a big question. Looks to be improving while still needing work. McDermott seems to be getting more comfortable at quarterback and is both a weapon running and throwing. Very quick on both sides of the ball.

 

Larue County: Coming off a win versus Shelby County. Big Backs with both power and speed. Defense is pretty good with a question mark in the secondary. This is a game between neighboring counties and Larue Co. won 28-27 last season in Dragon Stadium. Robert Gatton, Larue Counties quarterback started his high school football playing for Green Co. "interesting."

I am going with Larue. :jump: I think Green has a way to go to get back to the level they have been the last three years. Who knows what happens come District, only time will tell!!!

What is the thought behind your quote "Green has a way to go to get back to the level they have been in the last three years." Have you seen this team play? The three backs are as good as any 3 tandum they've had the past three years. The passing game is much improved and the cubbord is not bare in Green County. The freshman class is really good and the 8th grade class behind them is good as well. Not to mention that all three backs are Juniors. So not sure how you justify your statement.
