Nice win for Manual against a very athletic squad from Fern Creek. Orlando Rutledge is really good going for 30 points in this one.

Manual's Point guard Samsel made a return to the court after sitting out because of injury since December 8th. Only playing 4 minutes in the first half and 10 minutes of the second was all he needed to hit two three's and score 12 points for the game. With the game on the line he was clutch from the free throw line by knocking down both free throws in the closing minute of the game to secure the win for the Crimson's. 11 of his points were scored in the second half of the game. It was a good first game for Samsel in his return to the hardwood.

Orlando Rutledge put out a huge effort in this close game by pouring in 30 and grabbing double digit rebounds in the loss.
