Re-districting Volleyball

Does anyone know if this is being considered. With some of the districts with 5 and 6 teams and others with 3, is there any thought to following the basketball districts?

Not all schools that have basketball teams have volleyball. I'm not sure that would work everywhere.

I understand but the districts are so uneven right now that something needs to be done.

 

In our area everyone has both now. I can not think of anyone close that does not at this time. Maybe in Eastern Kentucky?
