Highlands 1 Covington Catholic 0 game suspended due to lighting with 9:06 on the scoreboard in the 1st period!

 

Not quite sure how this match will be handled but my guess (and it is only a guess) the game will resume at the 9:06 mark at a later date.

 

A quality match was being played by both teams and the difference was HHS converted on their one quality shot, where as CovCath just couldn't put the ball in the goal after at least two/three quality shots.

 

BTW while I love the field turf for American Football, I just hate to see "Football Matches" played on the stuff. The high bounces, the ball never slowing down on quality through balls and in general the different type of game you have to play on Turf compared to grass just turns me off to the matches played on Turf.
