I guarantee Sarah Hammond had a hand in this win.

Rockcastle got out early and held the lead all night.

Neither team was quite as sharp offensively as they can be.

Both teams played hard.

The Rock showed again good ball movement and teamwork.

Rockcastle contained Pittman pretty well.

Hatter got banged up late in the game but returned hobbling a bit. Hope she will be OK.

Two wonderful coaches. A great game to watch.

Looks like the 12th region will be the most competitive and exciting at tourney time.

Rockcastle, Casey, Lincoln, Southwestern and Wayne.

Rock all the way...they pay wonderful togeather and deseve this 100% they have a great coach and the girls are very well taught in sportsmanship. Rock and Casey once again in the region championship.

Lincoln County will win the 12 region !!!

 

Southwestern will have something to say about that.

I'm not going to say who is going to win it.....I think everyone knows who I want to win it....but I think we can all agree that this is going to be a very good regional tournament once again. There is any number of teams that have a legitimate shot at winning and representing the 12th region at E.A. Diddle Arena. Whoever wins this regional will definitely have earned their spot in the Sweet 16.

Rockcastle is rated #1 today by Cantrell. I just dont think that they can repeat. Lincoln is a very good team that will have NO problem with Southwestern nor Casey. Rockcastle or Wayne matches up with Lincoln better.
