Sophomore forward Daizah Kimberland, who averaged 18/9 last year, is out for the season after suffering a torn ACL last week in a scrimmage. This deals a big blow to a Bardstown team already dealing with the loss of three starters from last year's 25-6 squad to graduation.

 

Best wishes to Daizah on a speedy recovery. She's a pretty upbeat kid in general, and I'm told she's dealing with this in a very positive manner, which is a testament to her spirit.
