I am here at Regents Hall watching the the freshman match right now. I will update on all three teams once each set is over.

NDA dominates the first set 21-12. I would venture to say that they had nearly 10 aces.

NDA wins the freshman match 21-12, 21-18.

This won't be a surprise if NDA wins the varsity match since they defeated Mercy in the Championship match in Mercy's Fall Classic two weekends ago .

NDA takes the first set 21-10. It was close in the beginning but NDA pulled away with a flurry of points at the end of the set.

NDA takes the JV match 21-10, 21-7. Mercy looked totally out of it in the second set.

Varsity updates to come.

NDA takes the first set 25-12. Mercy led 3-0 before NDA went on an 11-0 run and went from there.

Mercy isn't looking too well right now.

NDA wins a tightly contested second set 26-24. NDA has some impressive hitters and can dig really well. Mercy played better but bothteams had a few errors in that set though.

Mercy takes set #3 by a score of 27-25. It was a really played set...not too many errors and some really awesome rallies.

Mercy has a very impressive freshman outside hitter. She's 6'1 and moves and hits really well. Lindsey Dinkelacker is her name.....she's NCAA Division I talent.

NDA wins the final set 25-15. I'll have more comments later.

NDA is playing great ball right now. They are by far the best team in NKy and probably should be 2nd or 3rd in the state. This should be a very interesting state tourny. I expect there to be a new state champ this year, other than Assumption. I could be wrong, but, NDA has a legit shot at bringing the title back north.
