Johnson Central Holiday Classic Dual Tournament

Featured Replies

Johnson Central hosted their annual Holiday Classic Dual Tournament today. Teams attending were Johnson Central, Sheldon Clark, Tates Creek, Harrison County, Perry County Central, Lawrence County and Powell Valley VA. It was a pretty good meet, not sure on the exact place winners, I had to leave early. I do believe that Tates Creek won the team title, that is their 3rd or 4th straight year of winning this meet.

If anybody else has the full results, please post them.

Tates Creek did indeed win last night. Johnson Central was second.

I believe TC had 8 of their wrestlers medal so it was a very productive day.

The best dual of the day was Creek vs. Johnson Central is was a back and forth battle, all of the other teams were watching and so were most of the fans, it was a dandy.

I agree, that was a great dual.

Another good dual was Sheldon Clark vs. Tates Creek.

Yes, it was a good one too. Sheldon Clark led 40-36 with the 103's left and TC needed a pin to win. TC has a really good 103 named Zac Brown, who got the pin and a team win for the Creek.
