Sounds like a confirmation the coaching changes done 5 years ago was the right thing. To think people actually complained about it then. I wonder if this group of seniors would have been pleased to not work as hard, two plattoon system, and be happy going 0 - 10? Doubt it. Somebody had the backbone to do it. History has proven them right.
