has does the 16th region shape up ?

I a not that familiar with a lot of the other teams in the 16th but I would have to put Raceland in as one of the favorites. They are playing really well right now and just finished champions of the 16th "A" region and runner up in the State "A" tournament to an undefeatd (I believe) Reidland team that was ranked 8th in the State overall.

IMO the winner of the Russell vs. Raceland would have to be considered the favorite
