Our field at Frakfort is much better. We have a design of a baseball with an F on it for Frankfort behind homeplate. The on deck cirlcels are spraypainted baseballs too! The outfield is still not that good though. It has wholes and stuff. A 2-17 record though stands for us and needs improvement. Fort Knox and Moore are still great chances to win.

Oh how mistaken you are. There are several great chances to win if:

1) You show up at the field focused and ready to play.

2) You listen to your coaches and execute all the signs given you to bunt, take and steal.

3) You think in the field. You must want the ball, but first you must know where your play is and what you will do if the ball is hit to you.

4) You control your emotions. Good teams play under control. You don't see the good teams throwing bats, throwing helmets, throwing gloves and balls. You don't see good teams hitting the fence with their hands, hitting the dugout with their hands, etc. etc. etc.

5) You must believe in yourself, your team mates and your coaches. You all have enough talent to win more games. Believe you can win.

6) Watch, listen and learn. If you are not in the game on the field, be in the game in the dugout. Pay attention to what is going on and if you don't understand a situation, ask your coach.

7) Don't hold back. Use your God given talent and ability to its fullest.

8) Have fun! Believe it or not these are some of the best days of your life. Cherish each moment and make the most of it.

 

These are just a few things that if the Panthers could do consistantly would help them win more games.
