If a player plays varsity and changes schools the following school year do they have to sit out ? Is there circumstances that allow to play ? EXP . if the family has hard ships - both parents lose jobs and have to move or something like that .

Could they be allowed to play without sitting out the year ?

What would exceptions be if any ?
