In the first extra inning game of the season and the first game of a Double Header on Saturday, March 31, Ben Zoeller had a clutch 2 out, double RBI single, in the top of the 9th to score the winning runs. This was the key to the Tigers win against Woodford Co. Big hits by Eric Brewer, Damon McCormick and Brian Erie helped put the Tigers in position to win. Kal Scheler and Justin Amlung pitched a masterful final 5 innings to give the Tigers the momemtum. The game lasted over 3 hours with 5 lead changes.
