Ryle & Cov Cath from N KY. Also Tates Creek, East Ridge & Boyle Co.

Should be a good tourney.

The NKy Coaches preseason #1 and #2 teams in NKy Ryle and CovCath will be playing there and each other Monday night at 6pm. Neither has lost and both have beaten good solid teams so far this season. Ryle who I haven't seen play yet this season, is I believe a senior dominate team with very good pitching and was last years Regional Runner-up. CovCath has beaten #3 Holy Cross, #7 NewCath, and a Greater Cincinnati Catholic League member McNicholas. While CovCath starts five sophomores, you can't think of them as being a young team, as with sophomore Isler and Maile who are both seasoned varsity members. Their game on Monday night should be a classic match up, and worth the drive to Lexington Monday evening to see.....

See you there then, as I will be arriving around 2:30 or so to also watch the CovCath game at 3pm vs. Boyle County..... With the weather we are currently having, how can you not come out to watch a great high school baseball game. Sitting in the sun, with the temps in the mid 70's, with a radio to my ear listening to the Reds vs. Cub on opening day, while watching some great high school baseball with my daughter at my side...........WOW! As they say, life can't get any better......:thumb:

Thanks for the info! I'll probably stop by to catch some of the game. I have tickets for opening day, but can't stay for the entire game. Sounds like this is a big early season match-up for these two teams.
