I don't know if I have ever seen this many big games in the first round of regional play:

 

9th Boone Co. vs. Notre Dame

10th Clark Co. vs. Mason Co.

11th Lex. Cath vs. Scott Co.

16th Rowan Co. vs. Russell

 

This is already amazing and we haven't even seen all of the regional pairings yet.

Oh so right you are..... as I posted when I read the Ninth Region Draw:

 

The winner of the NDA vs. Boone County game, had better understand that the winner of this match up will still have to play two more games, before finding themselves going to Diddle. Wining this game, doesn't do anything but move the winner on to the next round.....

 

One game at a time, one win at a time, and getting better everytime....

Good point. A big win in the first round is useless if you lose in the second or third round.
