Glasgow 76 Warren East 39

Another District 15 matchup from last night, was an absolute beatdown from the tip. The Scotties went on a 19-0 run to start the game, believe the announcers said the Raiders had 8 TO’s in the 1Q alone. Glasgow just kept pressing this lowly Warren East team and getting easy buckets at the rim. Thought the size discrepancy was a major issue in WE’s half court defense they didn’t allow much action inside, so I guess that is one bright spot just didn’t have enough points to get that set up. A longggg season for these Raiders indeed though they did get their first win against Fort Campbell earlier in the week. I think the two matchups with Glasgow and Barren will be exciting, no sure winner in D15 in my opinion.

Glasgow will be playing in the inaugural tournament of the Chopped Lawn Care Classic at South Warren HS, they open with a very solid Muhlenberg County team. Warren East host Edmonson County this evening and then will be out of action until Jan 2nd where they head to Barren County.
