Knowing our player who made play he would not have intended to hurt him, and I mean it.  He plays hard and my feeling is that he arrived too late to go up and contest the shot, resulting in what took place.   Were it intentional I think he would have gotten lower in order to get under him, which is not the case.  He hit Davie while in an upright position. 

I too would have preferred to see him go up and contest the shot, but he would have had to be a step quicker in order to do so, and I am convinced that would have been his first option.  The fact that they were coming from opposite directions also contributed to what took place.

I'm really sorry to hear that Davie might be injured.  It would be a major setback to the Camels going into the regional tournament.

I think lil buddy realized he was about to end up on a poster and then made a business decision not to contest it and instead threw a little hip/shoulder action in there to throw Davie off and it ended up alot worse than the BB kid expected.

Is the Anthrop that scored 10 the same one that is the football qb? Lucas Anthrop?
