The Wildcats travel to Greensburg to face the Dragons for the final tune-up before the regular season. Scrimmage begins at 7:00. If my memory is correct, last year these two had an even contest in Franklin as the varsity squads played one half and the score was tied at 14-14. I think the FS JV won their part of the game by a touchdown.

FS easily handled Ohio County in a scrimmage last week eight touchdowns to zero. Junior Brady Delk is the new QB for FS this year and he is a very consistently accurate passer when the Wildcats go to the air, which is still not very often. I expect another good battle between these two teams tonight.

Playing the 10 play per possession scrimmage. FS varsity scored a TD on play 10 now the FS JV has the possession.

FS JV turned it over 3 times and Green County returned one pick for a TD. Green County now starts on offense.

Dragons varsity gets to the FS 26 in ten plays. Dragons JV gets to about the FS 40 in ten plays.

So now it looks like they are going to play with the clock and somewhat normal rules.

FS with a 80 yard pick six by Collin Anderson and a 68 yard TD drive finishing with a long TD pass has FS up 14-0 at 3:28 in the first.

FS leads 21-0 at 9:34 in second. They forced a stop on 4th down and had a 26 yard TD drive just before the end of the first quarter.

Looks like the varsity is done. FS won it 21-0 in two quarters and one TD to none in the first ten play drives. Green Co. JV outscored FS JV with a defensive TD to none for FS.

One more timed quarter for the JV ends up tied at a score apiece.
