Nice win by on a beautiful night for the Colonels, bringing them to a 16-2 record.

Zekl earned his 6th win (6-0, 7 games pitched) sporting a very low ERA. Team ERA is top 5 in the state.

Dieruf w a 2R HR and Reardon w 2 hits, 2 RBIs.

Everett Hall took the loss w 6 ER. 
 

The two meet up again for a fourth time this weekend.

There was talk around me about where these pitchers are training in the off season. It was said Dieruf is up in Mason, Oh at OBSA, Wagner w a private unknown coach and Zekl down in Lexington at PPL the past few years.

Not sure where the Conner dudes are going.
