The Flyers were a little banged up the other night against Muhlenburg North. Not sure about the status of Deron Hicks after an ankle injury. What chances do they stand against Shelby?

They should compete for a period, but they do not have enough atheletes to challenge SC. No one to handle Chambers or Cochran if they comes to play. FC will be totally overmatched in this one. Don't try and run with them. You never know what you are going to get from Wade, if he shows up and is serious, he could give you trouble. Slow it down, you might improve your chances.

I am not sure if I agree with the slow down part. SC does have more athletes, but they don't have more ballhandlers. Chambers will be load to handle down low, but a full-court game may slow him down. FC has more depth than Shelby, and I believe they will try to push it. FC cut a 25 point lead to 5 last season becaue SC couldn't handle the press(and that was with White and Slaughter). I think it should be a good game, and if everyone plays for FC, I think they win 72-65.

How many are banged up for FC?

Shelby handled Franklin County 63 - 49. This is somewhat surprising because I thought the Flyers were a good team and really had a chance to knock off Shelby. Maybe Shelby didn't fall off as much as some people would have liked to believe after losing Slaughter.

FC was missing a starter, and had another player a little banged up. The biggest problem they had was simply they couldn't hit shots. Shelby's big men were not a factor offensively, but they altered a lot of shots defensively. These two teams are closer than the score, but Shelby is still better. Their ballhandlers have gotten much better than they were a year ago, and they knocked down a few 3's when they needed them
