You couldn’t have written a better script than this. Military Hero Mom comes home Friday morning from serving our Nation in the Middle East for the past nine months. She sees her son play for the first time of his Senior season on Veterans Day. She runs out with the team, her son carrying the American flag as he has the entire year. Darius breaks a 57 yard Touchdown run on the first play! Finished with 257 yards on 14 carries and three touchdowns. Happy Veterans Day to all our heroes!
