A little Sunday Matinee baseball in Fort Mitchell today.

 

Carter Noah (2-0) started and went 6 innings. He struck out 6 while maintaining a very low pitch count. Senior Devin Johnson came in to close out the 7th.

 

Turpin, in their season opener, threw 3 very nice pitchers. The starter wasn’t anything overpowering but had very good command of multiple pitches. Turpin has a really nice ball club.

 

Beechwood was led at the plate by John Odom. He finished the game 2 for 3 and he belted his 2nd HR of the season. Devin Johnson was 2-3, Marcus Berger was 1-2 with a double and Ayden Hutton was 1-2 with an RBI.
