Exciting game. Warren East led 14-7 at the half. Tigers tied it at 14 in the 3rd quarter and it was a defensive battle and field position game to the end of regulation. Bardstown really did a great job of bottling up Thomas Maxey, but Raider QB Ford was 17-25 for 216 yards and 2 TD, and also ran for 94 yards.

In 1OT, Bardstown scored but missed the XP, then Warren East scored and incredibly missed theirs too. In 2OT, Ford threw a TD pass and they went for 2 and converted, and then Bardstown scored and tried a trickeration play to get 2 but could not convert.

This was a progress game for Bardstown. Warren East beat them by 6 TD's last year and were supposed to be better this season, and the Tigers were without 3 players, including their top 2 scorers (WR and tailback) due to suspension from the brawl with E-Town last week. They played hard and with heart, and with the same effort I think they could be a tough playoff out.
