Grayson County question

From 2001-2012, Todd Johnston was the head coach at Grayson County.

This past year Travis Johnston was head coach.

 

The spelling of the name would indicate they are relatives. Father - son? Otherwise related?

Todd is Travis uncle. Travis was the starting point guard when Grayson County went to state in 2009 and lost in the quarterfinals to West Jessamine
