Most big college and all NFL games usually have halftime lines, don't know about any other in game bets in Vegas. Online books have in game wagers not for sure about Vegas.

Best way is to just go down to the book either real early or day before and just ask what their policy is on seating. I do know that at some of the bigger books, the nice seating is reserved for the bigger gamblers. Never hurts if you have a host to find out for you.
