SouthernSportsFan Posted August 26, 2006 Posted August 26, 2006 This was a really good game at the begining and should of been the opposite score. Watts called for a "fair catch" and once he caught the ball, he was pounded by an Oneida player and the ball rolled into the endzone and they landed on it and got the score. McCreary got the ball back and took it 60 yards before they fumbled on the 10 year line with a bad snap. McCreary's defense was stout all night long, until the final quarter, when the offense made too many mistakes. Good game!
nikeman Posted August 26, 2006 Posted August 26, 2006 Very good game, for both teams. The Raiders just made some mistakes. Hats off to a good Oneida tream, but I feel the Raiders gave this game away. It has a good test for both teams, and the Raiders will be tested again this week at home against a very good Williamsburg team that is coming off a huge win in Jellico. Keep your heads up Raiders, good things are coming down the road.
