Region 4 Top scoring threats 2016

Featured Replies

Lets go to the southern Kentucky part of the state & talk about region 4 top scoring threats. Can't forget some high ranked schools ex: Bowling Green, South Warren.

So SoccerGuy, you mention some schools, but who are some of the top scoring threats in the 4th Region?

Well I live in Franklin, KY. I know Franklin has a kid named Caleb that had an outstanding amount of goals last year. But there's South Warrens Fahrudin Dervisevic(if I'm right on the last name) that has been Souths leading scorer the past 3 years, now going onto his senior season. Bowling Green has Arif Smajlovic(Again, if I'm right on the last name) which has been a leading scorer for the purples for the past 3 years & is now onto his senior year. Warren central I believe has some Noel kid that has been putting balls in the back of the net for Warren Central. Greenwood I'm not sure about.

Further to your comments SG...

I believe the first boy you are referring too is Caleb Wilson, from Franklin-Simpson, he had over 60 goals last season. I would be interested to see if they have a little tougher schedule this season, their SOS was one of the lowest in the state and the majority of their matches were very one-sided.

Dervisevic did post 26/8 for a very good South Warren team last season, I would expect to see similar numbers from him this season.

Smajlovic had 20/5 for Bowling Green last season.

Caleb Wilson is quick like a waterbug with the ball on his feet. Sure he'd score less if F-S played tougher competition. He's still a very nice little player.

Dervisevic is a big talent. If he can avoid letting people get under his skin this fall he'll score even more.

Does Bowling Green have another Bargblor coming up?
