This is what I know happened:

 

Henry Clay beat Tate's Creek in gold finals

 

Scott beat LCA to take 3rd

Cooper beat Conner for 5th

Ryle beat ? For 7th

This is what I know happened:

Cooper beat Conner for 5th

Ryle beat ? For 7th

 

via KHSAA, looks like Cooper played Boone in the 5th/6th match, not Conner.
