September 23, 201511 yr Author Looking through the brackets, I'm at least happy that we managed to keep out most of the MLS-affiliated teams that don't care about winning anyway. I can't wait until the day when they form their own league and get out of this one. That's rumored already. This is the last year of the NFL-style format with six teams per conference with byes. Next year there will be more teams in the league and front office decided to go with eight teams in each conference and so no first round byes. Rochester is the favorite going in. They're the 2015 Champions finishing on 58 points with 16 wins, 10 draws, and just one loss. They have only given up 15 goals all season. Their defensive effort is insane. They clog the midfield and almost nothing gets by them. Louisville is the second choice to win the whole thing. At +21, it's the second best goal differential in the league and they've scored 55 goals, the most in the league. Louisville finished with 48 points, second best in the league so if Lou City manages to make the USL Championship, it'll be here in Louisville. The playoff opener for Louisville is already set; it'll be at Slugger Field on Saturday, Oct. 3 at 7:30 pm. FWIW, Louisville City took four points from the No. 6 Richmond, winning 3-0 at Slugger on July 4 and being held to a 1-1 draw in Richmond back in April. City split the season with Charleston, winning 3-1 at home on August 22 but falling 2-0 in Charleston on Sept. 12. Edited September 23, 201511 yr by Getslow
