It looked as if Wheelersburg was going to run away with this one, out to a 20-0 late into the 2nd qtr. Ashland, however, came back to tie it up at 20 a piece late in the 3rd. Then, too many mistakes and turnovers cost them dearly. Ashland scored with about 30 seconds left in the game against what looked like their second unit to set the final score. The Coburn kid had a really good day running.
