Only one team in Class 1A lost last Friday, and as a result the top 10 remains unchanged from 1-6. Beechwood remains #1 once again, followed by Paintsville and Pikeville at #2 and #3 respectively. Russellville remains #4 and Raceland holds steady at the #5 position, with Campbellsville at #6 . Pairs bumps up to #7 as Fairview falls 1 spot to #8 after a loss last week to Madeira (OH). Hazard at #9 , and Bethlehem at #1 0 round out top 10.

 

DeSales bumps Mayfield out of the #1 spot this week in Class 2A. Mayfield only slips slightly to #2 . Owensboro Catholic retains #3 . Moving up to #5 this week is Danville as Murray slips to #6 and Newport Central Catholic to #7 . Lexignton Christian Academy, Lloyd Memorial and Monroe County retain their their #8 , #9 and #1 0 rankings respectively.

 

The top two in Class 3A remain unchanged. Boyle County still remains our #1 , followed by Belfry at #2 . Central moves to #3 this week after a huge win over St. Xavier last week. Lexington Catholic settles back into the #4 spot. Caldwell County is still our #5 , and Paducah Tilghman holds onto #6 . With a big win over 6A North Hardin, Elizabethtown moves up to #7 this week. Russell moves up a bit to #8 , while Corbin slips this week to #9 after a loss to Danville last week. Bell County hangs onto the last spot to stay in the top 10 this week.

 

Johnson Central retains the #1 spot in this week's Class 4A rankings despite a valid argument for South Warren (#2 ) to hold that spot, Ashland at #3 and Franklin County at #4 . Moving up to the #5 spot this week is Hopkinsville. Scott remains #6 as John Hardin slips to #7 after a loss to 6A #9 Pleasure Ridge Park last week. Shelby County is at #8 , followed by Collins at #9 as Bourbon County drops out of the rankings, making way for Spencer County to enter at #1 0 this week.

 

Quite a bit of movement in this week's 5A rankings but the top 3 remain the same with Bowling Green at #1 , Pulaski County at #2 and Owensboro at #3 . The big mover this week is Fern Creek, moving up to #4 . Southwestern moves up a spot to #5 , and Christian County is our next big mover moving up to #6 . Highlands slips to #7 this week after a big loss to Ryle last week. Anderson County slips to #8 this week, North Laurel drops to #9 and Bullitt Central hangs on to #1 0 to round out this week's rankings.

 

It seems that for now, the clear #1 in 6A has been established and Male is that leader after dominating Trinity last Friday. Trinity settles back at #2 . Scott County, after going to the Pit and returning with a loss to Elder (OH), is this week's #3 . Simon Kenton moves up 2 spots to #4 after a commanding performance against 5A Dixie, pushing Manual and St. Xavier down the list. St. Xavier's loss last week to 3A #3 Central was something no one saw coming. Central Hardin drops out of the top 10 this week, replaced by McCracken County.
