Breds start the evening off slow, especially with libero Amanda Ruwe out with an illness, and fall in game 1. However, they rebound to take the next 3 and depart Alexandria victorious.

Camels looked like they were going to take game two in the same fashion as the opening game, but the Breds hung tough and once they got the lead that was all she wrote. Games 3 & 4 NewCath got out in front and had comfortable leads down the stretch to hold off the Camel comeback attempts.

Freppon, McDonald, Breen, Kehoe, & Schneider played every point of all 4 games, and did a great job without getting a break......good job ladies. :thumb:

Happy for DLG 2.0, as she got her 1st career varsity start in game 1 and played all but 1 point, very pleased with her performance.

Breds have a tough next 4 days....

Wed. (Home) vs. Tates Creek

Thur. (Home vs. Beechwood

Sat. (at Henry Clay) vs. Henry Clay & (Cincinnati) Mercy

The Camels are currently playing without one of their Middle Hitters, Hannah Graff, and that is definitely affecting their game play. When Middle, Grace Issacs, is in the game they are a whole different team but once she is off the court, the camels struggle offensively.
