Does anyone know which district plays which in the regional tournament?

It isn't decided yet. It won't be decided until the districts are over. Once the districts are over there will be a draw to determine who plays who. The draw is set up to ensure that the disctrict winners will play teams that lost in the district finals.

Do we know when they will be ? I thought it had to be over by the time school got out.

The schedule for the regionals depends upon when the districts are completed which depends upon the weather. This year it looks like that weather is dgoing to cooperate so districts should be this week and regionals should be next week. The district schedules are already up on the scoreboard.

There is no requirement to finish the tournament prior to school getting out. Chances are that the state championship will be determined weeks after the winners have been out of school.
