From this morning.

 

Haley Meyers throws a 6 inning No-Hitter with 10 K's, but she did issue 7 free passes, as the Breds advance to the Semi-Finals of the Ky Preps 5 Star Showcase at North Laurel.

 

The Breds score 1 in the 1st on a Kristen Schreiber ground out. They get another in the 2nd after a Haley Meyers triples to the fence, Kennedy Bin lefts a SAC fly to right. In the 4th after Loren Zimmerman doubles off the fence in right-center and moves up 60 feet on a WP, Zimmerman scorers on Morgan Martini's ground out to SS.

 

The Breds put a 5-spot on the board in the 5th, Casey Kohls hits a 2-run double, Zimmerman with a SAC fly, Martini as a RBI single, & Meyers with a RBI triple off the fence in right-center.

NewCath will take on the host, North Laurel at 12:00 in the Semi-Finals.
