In the opening game of the Ky Preps 5 Star Showcase at North Laurel, the Breds down Rowan Co 2-1. NewCath's Haley Meyers has a No-hitter until a two-out bunt single in the 6th.

 

NewCath scorers two in bottom of the 6th on a double by Loren Zimmerman, a Haley Meyers double, and a wild pitch.

 

Rowan Co gets a two-out single in the 7th to score their lone run.

 

Meyers gives up 2 hits, K's 10, and walks 1.
