Diamond Dandy Posted April 4, 2006 Posted April 4, 2006 Cold day down in central Kentucky but it sure didn't bother the Raiders. Coach Roesel sent the rookies to the hill today for some more work and they did well. Brian Weis started the 1st game and got in some early trouble but pitched out of it. Garrett Wagner took the mound in the 6th and closed it out. Close game thru 5 till all heck broke loose in the Raiders 5th.
Raiderbback04 Posted April 4, 2006 Posted April 4, 2006 Ryle is starting to click and not everyone is hitting well yet. They are certainly a fun team to watch. Another good outing by junior lefty Brian Weis.

Raiderbback04 Posted April 4, 2006 Posted April 4, 2006 You're killing me, Diamond Dandy. I think the Raiders still have room for improvement so let's hope we peak at tourney time this year.
