Who can shoot technical free throws? Do they have to be on floor or can you bring a sub from off the bench to shoot? I seem to remember Derek Anderson coming off bench to shoot against Arizona and then going back to bench, just curious as to high school rules.

Any eligible player on the floor or off of the bench.

Shooter off the bench has to stay in the game.
