I can't argue too much on this ranking of teams, but think Manual and Male are interchangeable with Sacred Heart close behind. As the year progresses, we will see which team's underclassman step up making one team stand out from the others. Sacred Heart (yes I'm a homer here) has tons of potential to make great strides and could be a sleeper to win the 7th region.

 

As far as the players are concerned, I think Johnson and Samsel are rated low in this region. This is probably because they deferred to the play of Merriweather and Ruffin last year. I expect these two girls to be leaders on this years team. When they played together in the past on their AAU team (F.O.C.U.S.) they were go to players and played with some of the others on this list.
